Sleep is not enough.

There are several ways to regenerate your energy. You need all of them combined, or else you’ll feel tired all the time, no matter what you do. The answer, even when it comes to regenerating your energy, is to do more, not less. Your obsession with quality is what’s depriving you of the benefits of quantity when it comes to everything you are consumed by thinking there’s a quantity versus quality debate concerning it.

In order to be able to consistently produce or create high quality content, you have to consume ten times more than what you create.

What you consume does not have to be related to what you produce or create or talk about in your content at all. What I want you to understand is that no amount of rest or sleep will make up for that. You have to expose your neurons to something new, and do that for a very long time, before you can create again. Even lying in bed for a whole month or year cannot compete with that.

Virtually all your burnout from content creation or working on your business is coming from that. Not only do you need to create content until fatigued, but you also need to consume content or stuff until fatigued, or else you’ll feel exhausted all the time and your burnout will never go away.

That’s why I classified recovery into two categories, the resting need, and the regeneration need, both of which do not include and are aside from and totally distinct from sleep. It is an abomination to find that expert advice on burnout is all about either sleep more or work less. Both are not enough, even if they are to run ad infinitum.

Just because it is the smarter course of action, does not mean it’ll make you smarter.

The very things that are beneath you, that a smart person like you should not be bothered with, are your only hope for remaining intelligent.

In the quest of trying to not lose your intelligence, powers, and abilities, you end up losing them from lack of usage, because everything seems to be something that will lead to cognitive decline, and looks like something specifically designed to lower your IQ. So you end up doing less and less things and activities as time goes by, until you narrow down the scope of things and activities available to you to do in your whole life too much to an extent that you cannot even maintain your intelligence, talents, creativity, abilities, and powers if you only did those few things only every single day of your whole life.

In the end, you end up doing less overall, and that lack of stimulation and challenge from doing nothing or not doing enough all day long leads to the very thing you were trying to avoid from the start. Losing your intelligence, talents, powers, abilities, and creativity.

You will not become smarter by doing less, even if that is considered working smarter and not harder by the whole universe.

It’s like going to the gym and telling people over there, hey guys you’re just working out harder. Why don’t you workout smarter by working out less intensely and reduce the duration, intensity, and volume of your training to build more muscle? It’s time to build some serious muscle by doing less intensity and volume workouts and resistance training. Because you need to work smarter and not harder for some reason, which means you should strive to get the same results by doing less in any endeavor, as opposed to training as hard as you can and trying to get to where you want to be by any means necessary.

Imagine that.

And for some reason you believe the results will be different if you do less when it comes to your mental fitness, intelligence, abilities, powers, talents, skills, brainpower, and creativity.

It is smarter to get the same results by doing less effort and spending less energy and doing less work. It does not necessarily mean you will become smarter or remain smart long-term if you kept doing so.

You cannot remain intelligent without doing stuff that maintains your intelligence on a regular basis, even if you are a literal genius. The boring job that you have is sucking the life out of you because it is literally sucking the intelligence and creativity out of you gradually until you have nothing left and you can barely even keep your brain dead soul-sucking life-draining job.

When it comes to your intelligence, talents, abilities, skills, powers, and creativity, doing more is always the answer.

When do you stop?

Until failure.

Just like you do when it comes to building muscle.

Aim lower, even if it seems to be too dumb to be bothered with. Aim lower, even if you think you’re too good to be doing this, and you can do way better. Aim lower, even if it seems like this thing requires zero intelligence to be done.

You have to do more, or else you’ll always end up with lesser intelligence, and creativity.

It’s not about enjoying the journey with disregard to what life throws at you.

It’s not about a single destination you reach once either. It’s about how your day looks like. Every single day, not just a random day, or when you’re having fun during the weekend only, or when you’re on vacation, or something. But how every single day of your life is the best day ever.

It’s all about the kind of life that you get to live every single day, not some milestone or target that you reach once and then you will never want anything else after that from now on.

It’s about being able to satisfy your needs and do everything you want every day in a more effective and efficient way than yesterday.

It’s about attaining the best quality of life possible.

It’s about living the best, happiest, and most successful life possible for you there is, every single day.

It’s about doing what you want, whenever you want, as much as you want, all the time.

It’s about freedom. Doing what you love, and what you truly desire.

It’s about following your passion, and never feeling like your time, energy, or life is being wasted ever again for any reason whatsoever.

It’s about how you live every day, as opposed to what you did randomly at some point someday.

It’s all about establishing, creating, maintaining, and providing the environment, or circumstances where you can meet and satisfy any and each and every need and desire there is that you might have, as much as possible, every single day, no matter what. It’s all about the quality of your life, every single day.

Get to that kind of life, by any means necessary.

That is your destination. That is your journey.

That is the purpose of your life.

Do not wait until you feel good first, before you do what is supposed to make you feel good, or make your life better in any way.

It will always be overwhelming and anxiety inducing. You just have to get through it.

Don’t try to win those battles before you jump in.

Don’t wait until you think about why it feels heavy or why you’re discouraged or not so motivated this time.

You keep waiting or delaying doing the thing until you have inner peace, and then you will start doing what you’re supposed to do.

You will never know what doing it feels like until after you finish the whole thing. You cannot understand how something is good for you or how good it will make you feel clearly and fully before doing it.

In addition, if the main problems that you’re struggling in life because of that you’re still trying to fix are still there intact, you might never feel good afterwards. You will always feel bad, because the problems that are making you feel bad are still there, waiting for you unchanged. All your problems, struggles, and causes of suffering are still the same, and nothing has changed about them.

Nevertheless, there’s still no other way out of them other than getting this thing, and many other things, done.

Do it anyway, before trying to get your head right. Do it anyway, without trying to feel good first, before you allow yourself to even get started.

Not all that comes out of your inner voice is worthy of listening to or paying attention to.

Not all your intuition is divine.

Do not listen to the voice that pops up in your head in the middle of doing something, saying, it’s not gonna benefit you, or you shouldn’t be doing this, or this is going to get us nowhere, or says any sort of discouraging statement whatsoever.

This voice will still be there even if you know without a shadow of a doubt before you got started this time or every time that it is a good idea to do this thing or whatever that you’re doing now, and that whatever that you’re doing now is of huge benefit to you or will change everything to the better long-term.

It’s not true. This voice is lying to you.

They are just bored and wanna do something else instead that is not as hard, so they discredit the reputation of the other task that you’re trying to do right now that is really good for you long-term. Do not listen to them. Do not trust them, even if they sound like your intuition or your wise inner voice.

You won’t be able to know if something will benefit you during doing it. You can only arrive at that conclusion or realize that it is of benefit to you afterwards, or after the thing is over only. You may be also capable of that before doing the thing, not while you’re engaged in doing it. Because while you’re occupied with doing the thing, you cannot think clearly about anything outside of how to get the thing done, even if it is related to the thing that you’re currently doing, like how good it is for you long-term if you kept doing it consistently.

While doing something, focus on doing it and getting it done only, like there’s no tomorrow.

Do not try to motivate yourself or expect motivation to come to you through thinking about the thing or anything whatsoever, while you’re still engaged in doing the thing and still occupied with getting it done.

They are part of the problem.

Most people who attack you for advocating for cutting toxic people out of your life are just people who failed in life because they didn’t do it, and they think you not failing for the same reason is so unfair they need to do something about it. They need to talk you out of it, so that they don’t end up being the only ones who saw the answer right in front of them but hesitated to implement it. This is what misery loves company is all about. Cut them out, before you regret it for the rest of your life.

Or, they’re outright toxic people or narcissists themselves. And you also need to cut them out of your life as well.

Remember, no true survivor in their right mind who is not trauma-bonded and who successfully escaped narcissistic abuse early enough for good and is not a narcissist or a psychopath or sociopath themselves, would ever tell you to not go no contact. They will all tell you it’s the only thing you need to do if you’re still stuck under narcissistic abuse.

There’s no such thing as healing when you’re still stuck or trapped under narcissistic abuse, no matter what.

You cannot heal in the same environment or physical location where the abuse took place in, no matter what you do or how hard you try.

The only answer is to escape, save yourself, save your life, and go full, total, and absolute no contact with all of your abusers, for good, no matter who they are or what they did, no matter what.

Any other proposed solution when you’re still under narcissistic abuse is delusional.

Why you feel like you and your life are in total chaos, the more you try to bring it back in order through increased creative expression and output.

When you become more creative, you feel like your life is becoming more chaotic, and you just feel like you’re amidst chaos all the time.

You might blame it on the nature of what you have chosen to be your main or favorite form or type of creative expression.

But it has nothing to do with it.

You might also think that it is because you’re showing up in public, and you’re subjecting yourself to criticism and judgment by everybody on the face of the earth.

You might be tempted then to think that a life where you get to only survive will be easier and less stressful, and prefer hiding your talents and creative powers and potential from the whole world, thinking that this will be the answer to your perpetual state of anxiety and overwhelm.

But it has nothing to do with any of the above.

The main reason for your anxiety is that you feel your life is being wasted no matter what you do or how hard you work all the time, because your creative potential and powers are held back from their full expression with as much quantity and quality as possible, by fatigue. You cannot create all the time at maximum capacity and peak performance, and maintain maximum production quality and quantity for long, until you find yourself held back by fatigue and low energy. Which makes you think the only way to avoid a decline in the quantity of your creative output is to remain consistent as much as possible. And if you fail to maintain that consistency and momentum, you get bombarded by a sense of guilt for having been responsible for wasting your life and your creative potential. That’s why you never feel like you’ve done enough. Even if you’ve done enough for a whole day, it still feels like whatever that you’ve accomplished so far your whole life is still nothing.

This has nothing to do with feeling not good enough no matter how successful you are. This is only because you feel like you’ll always be not doing or accomplishing enough, no matter what you do or how hard you try, because the standard by which others judge how good you’ve been doing recently is relative to fatigue and how much you can do and how far you can go as a human being limited by fatigue in one session or in one day.

This is good enough for a whole month, week, or year. Yeah, but is it enough for me to consider myself not having wasted my talents or creative potential? Did I make the most out of my talents, creativity, intelligence, cognitive powers and abilities, and creative powers and potential, my whole life so far or overall, with disregard to fatigue and burnout? Or did I just end up taking it easy, and pacing myself, and doing the bare minimum, even though the results are still impressive for others, but does not necessarily mean I made the most out of my creativity, or of what I truly have and what I’m truly capable of, if I did not take fatigue into account or consideration when I’m making such judgment or assessment?

The question will always haunt you.

It will never feel enough for this simple reason. You can do more, and you could’ve done infinitely way more than whatever you’ve accomplished so far your whole life, if it weren’t for fatigue. For your primitive brain, that’s not an excuse. And hence the perpetual shame, self-loathing, low self-esteem, hopelessness, depression, and guilt you feel after every creative session, because you could’ve done more, but you didn’t, even if it were through no fault of your own.

Allowing yourself to be as creative as you can possibly be is like allowing yourself to get angry when necessary. These newly expressed parts of you were previously associated with shame, and you exercised extreme levels of control to suppress them all your life. It is only normal to feel out of control, or chaotic, when you stop suppressing those parts of you, and finally allow yourself to be fully who you truly are.

Why is it called narcissistic abuse and not sociopathic or psychopathic abuse.

Think about it this way. Narcissists just do what if they did, they will not be in danger. They will not be harmed or punished. They will not suffer any negative consequences. Everything that you think they do because they know is what is socially acceptable they don’t do it in order to not scare people away, but because they are cowards and are afraid of the consequences of doing the unacceptable. Whatever abuse they do behind closed doors is only done because there are no consequences. Remember, they are like water, they take the shape of the container. Whatever abuse they can do and suffer no negative consequences because of, they will do it, even if it makes every single individual on the face of the earth angry at them and hate them. Again, they don’t care about others leaving them or rejecting them. They are scared of others making them pay for what they did to them. Since there are no consequences whatsoever for all abuse possible behind closed doors, they leave no form of abuse behind. They do all forms and ways of abuse possible, which distinguishes narcissistic abuse from other types of abuse, because nothing happens to them when they do. That’s why the only thing that works is absolute, pure, and total no contact. Any other solution is delusional.

It is called narcissistic abuse, because whether or not the abuse was done by a narcissistic psychopath, or sociopath, or a malignant narcissist, or a covert narcissist, the content of the abuse itself and what happens in it and how it all happens, is almost the same. Identical. Anything else outside of narcissistic abuse that a psychopath or a sociopath can add to the mix can always fall under other types of abuse, like physical abuse, sexual abuse, etc.

Let’s assume what I said here is not so accurate, and can be proven wrong for any reason whatsoever. Still, that changes nothing. The abuse that you get from all types of narcissists and sociopaths and psychopaths is almost identical in nature. Any variation is happening because of the nature of the environment where the abuse is taking place. If there are no restrictions, no negative consequences whatsoever that can happen to the abuser as a consequence of their abuse, they will all resort to violence. They will all do the same crimes, with the same intensity and magnitude. They will all add sexual and physical abuse and violence up to murder to their abuse. They will all be equally bad, criminal, harmful, malevolent, evil, and immoral. They will all be equally hateful and disgusting. They are all the same. They are all identical. It is just that they operate differently according to the situation and environment they’re in.

I am not telling you this because I am downplaying how bad a psychopath is, or exaggerating how bad a narcissist is. As far as you are concerned, both are equally dangerous to you, and you should try to save yourself and your life and escape for good instantly and immediately, with the same maximum urgency, equally in both cases, whether the abuser is a narcissist or a psychopath. Whether or not the abuser is a narcissist or a psychopath or a sociopath is none of your business, and is irrelevant when it comes to how much you are in danger because you are stuck with them, and how much you need to escape the narcissistic abuse situation instantly and immediately, and how much you need to go no contact with your abusers totally and absolutely for the rest of your life.

All of these decisions do not change from one case to another, because one of the abusers is more dangerous than the other, or one of the abusers is a psychopath, while the other is a sociopath, while the third is only a malignant narcissist, and the fourth is but a humble covert narcissist. In all cases the decision is the same, no contact, for good, no matter what, or they will destroy your life for good, beyond repair, no matter what.

This is as brain dead as saying if the attacker is a mountain lion, it’s dangerous, contact authorities immediately, and do not try to fight back! But if the attacker is a wolf, no biggie, and you don’t have to take as drastic as life saving measures in case of the wolf, as you should do in a case of the mountain lion attack, because the wolf is significantly weaker than a mountain lion, and size matters. Both will equally eat you alive, and both will kill you instantly. You’ll just die instantly, equally, in both cases. The outcome, in both cases, is equal, and is the same. Identical.

I literally don’t understand how on earth would anyone claim to have your best interest in mind and still manage to say to you something like, hey, if your abuser is violent or a psychopath, terminate the relationship immediately before this video ends and run away as far as possible with nothing but the clothes on your back, and never look back. And then contact and inform the legal and criminal justice system immediately about your current situation and seek help right away from the law enforcement.

But if the abuser is but a humble harmless coward narcissist, nah, take your time. Just don’t respond to them or engage with them. Don’t explain, don’t argue, don’t fight back, don’t give or show negative or positive emotions, don’t defend yourself, and don’t take it personally, but keep living under the same roof, because it’s not violent. This statement is narcissistic abuse in and of itself, and exposes massive ignorance when it comes to narcissism and narcissistic abuse. No contact is the bare minimum, and is a must, no matter what. Even if you have kids with the narcissist. Any other proposed solution or way of handling the situation is self-sabotage and self-harm and is on par with committing suicide. Any politically correct individual who is hypocritical and only wants to not scare people away might not tell you the truth, and tell you I will not tell you to go no contact, necessarily. For them, it’s just business, nothing personal. They don’t care about your best interest, because if they did, they will shame you for not going no contact all those years, for your own good. At least for as long as you were aware of the nature of narcissistic abuse and the importance of no contact.

Do not waste your time. Do not waste your life. There’s no excuse for not going no contact. Leave now, before it’s too late.

Any excuse you give for not going no contact yet is just self-sabotage and coming from huge unacceptable levels of self-loathing.

Save yourself, before it’s too late.

Save yourself, before you regret it for the rest of your life.

Both narcissists and psychopaths are equally evil and immoral. Both are equally dangerous, and both equally want you dead.

Both equally want to totally and completely destroy you and your life and everything that has anything to do with you irreversibly and beyond repair for good. And they are equally motivated to do so. And both have the same relentless burning desire to destroy you and everything that is good in this world, no matter what, with the same magnitude and amount of desire and intention to do so. They are however, different in other aspects explained below.

As far as you’re concerned, both narcissists and psychopaths are equally immoral and evil.

Both harbour the same magnitude of ill intent towards you. Both equally want to harm you the exact same way and in the exact same amount and magnitude.

It is just that one type is deterred by social repercussions and legal action and the other one isn’t.

A narcissist stops for fear of negative consequences, whether from society or from the legal system. They will not do the thing as long as they are going to suffer for it negatively afterwards in a way that significantly ruins their lives.

A sociopath and a psychopath will not be deterred by any negative consequences whatsoever, because you can’t harm them no matter what you do, because they don’t exist. This is not fearlessness, this is non-existence. Which means they will stop at nothing to completely destroy you and your life beyond repair for good.

The narcissist also wants to do the same evil and harm upon you, but they will stop if they think others will severely punish them if they do.

This is a very important distinction because most people think that if your abusive partner or whatever is violent or exercises physical or sexual abuse upon you, you should immediately run away for your life and safety and seek legal help right away.

But if your abuser is not that violent, take your time and use those tactics like the grey rock method or observe and do not absorb method or whatever to survive in the meantime, because your situation isn’t that dangerous and you have all the time in the world to survive under narcissistic abuse indefinitely until you can save yourself someday and go full, total, and complete no contact.

I laugh at this.

Because there’s no such thing as a non-violent narcissist. They are all as violent, immoral, and evil as a psychopath could ever be.

Narcissists take the shape of the container. They behave within the confines of what they’re allowed to do and what they can get away with. That’s why you see the sudden instant switch back to their evil self the second people leave you and you are alone with the narcissist again. As long as there are no negative consequences whatsoever for their crimes or evil or immoral actions, they will be as criminal, evil, and immoral as humanly possible, exactly like a psychopath, and at the same level and extent.

They are not less violent or criminal.

They are just afraid of ending up in jail or prison. They are afraid of what’s going to happen to them if all others, and not just you, are fully aware of how bad they actually are.

A psychopath is too unimportant to fear any consequences whatsoever because they themselves don’t matter anymore, not even to themselves. We see this happen in major depressive disorder for example. The I don’t matter belief, which leads to crushing low self-esteem. For the depressed person it feels real. The belief that I don’t matter feels real and genuine, and not just like a random negative thought. Even if it is not necessarily true that they, the depressed individual, does not matter. But in the case of the psychopath, it is true. And because it is an objectively true statement that the psychopath doesn’t matter, no negative consequence there is could be considered a bad thing if it were to happen to them. It is fact, and they are totally aware of it. It is not fearlessness, but absence of importance. They don’t matter, and they know it. And that’s why they don’t care if something bad happens to them. It’s always a win-win for them if they destroyed themselves and you as well along the way, because the end result is only you lost something, because only you matter, and only you exist. Since the psychopath doesn’t matter and doesn’t exist, nothing bad really happened or could ever happen to them. Only you lost. And hence the apparent pseudo-fearlessness we see in case of the psychopath.

The fact that the psychopath does not matter, is infinitely unimportant and insignificant, and totally doesn’t exist, like absolute and total vacuum, is objectively true, and nothing can ever change that fact for good, no matter what. That’s why the psychopath is not a patient with major depressive disorder, even if they have depression. Their self-loathing is real, and for right reasons, not just in their heads because of the disorder, unlike patients with major depressive disorder.

A narcissist however, wants to maintain the delusion in their heads and their false self by any means necessary. Part of that delusion is a psychotic level of belief that they are important and the most important thing that ever existed. The truth is still the exact opposite of that, to a mind-blowing level, though. They are the most unimportant thing that has ever existed and could ever exist. But their delusions are at a psychotic level they believe in it so strongly in the absence of anything whatsoever that could support such grandiose beliefs of themselves or be considered some sort of at least partial evidence for that by any sane individual. Getting caught makes them a little bit skeptical and doubtful when it comes to their delusional beliefs about themselves, and so they will be constantly trying to move mountains in order to make sure that never happens.

That’s why they don’t resort to violence, in case it is illegal and can get them into trouble for it. They will be totally non-violent not because they are peaceful harmless creatures who are only capable of emotional abuse, but because they don’t want to go to jail or prison because of this. Whatever that they can do to you that harms you in any way imaginable they will do it, as long as they will suffer no negative consequences whatsoever for it afterwards, no matter what it is. They take the shape of the container like water. Whatsoever that is allowed, will be done, as long as no one sees it, and they can get away with it.

Both are equally malevolent. Run for your lives.

No contact, no matter what.
