Not all that comes out of your inner voice is worthy of listening to or paying attention to.

Not all your intuition is divine.

Do not listen to the voice that pops up in your head in the middle of doing something, saying, it’s not gonna benefit you, or you shouldn’t be doing this, or this is going to get us nowhere, or says any sort of discouraging statement whatsoever.

This voice will still be there even if you know without a shadow of a doubt before you got started this time or every time that it is a good idea to do this thing or whatever that you’re doing now, and that whatever that you’re doing now is of huge benefit to you or will change everything to the better long-term.

It’s not true. This voice is lying to you.

They are just bored and wanna do something else instead that is not as hard, so they discredit the reputation of the other task that you’re trying to do right now that is really good for you long-term. Do not listen to them. Do not trust them, even if they sound like your intuition or your wise inner voice.

You won’t be able to know if something will benefit you during doing it. You can only arrive at that conclusion or realize that it is of benefit to you afterwards, or after the thing is over only. You may be also capable of that before doing the thing, not while you’re engaged in doing it. Because while you’re occupied with doing the thing, you cannot think clearly about anything outside of how to get the thing done, even if it is related to the thing that you’re currently doing, like how good it is for you long-term if you kept doing it consistently.

While doing something, focus on doing it and getting it done only, like there’s no tomorrow.

Do not try to motivate yourself or expect motivation to come to you through thinking about the thing or anything whatsoever, while you’re still engaged in doing the thing and still occupied with getting it done.

They are part of the problem.

Most people who attack you for advocating for cutting toxic people out of your life are just people who failed in life because they didn’t do it, and they think you not failing for the same reason is so unfair they need to do something about it. They need to talk you out of it, so that they don’t end up being the only ones who saw the answer right in front of them but hesitated to implement it. This is what misery loves company is all about. Cut them out, before you regret it for the rest of your life.

Or, they’re outright toxic people or narcissists themselves. And you also need to cut them out of your life as well.

Remember, no true survivor in their right mind who is not trauma-bonded and who successfully escaped narcissistic abuse early enough for good and is not a narcissist or a psychopath or sociopath themselves, would ever tell you to not go no contact. They will all tell you it’s the only thing you need to do if you’re still stuck under narcissistic abuse.

There’s no such thing as healing when you’re still stuck or trapped under narcissistic abuse, no matter what.

You cannot heal in the same environment or physical location where the abuse took place in, no matter what you do or how hard you try.

The only answer is to escape, save yourself, save your life, and go full, total, and absolute no contact with all of your abusers, for good, no matter who they are or what they did, no matter what.

Any other proposed solution when you’re still under narcissistic abuse is delusional.
