Do not wait until you feel good first, before you do what is supposed to make you feel good, or make your life better in any way.

It will always be overwhelming and anxiety inducing. You just have to get through it.

Don’t try to win those battles before you jump in.

Don’t wait until you think about why it feels heavy or why you’re discouraged or not so motivated this time.

You keep waiting or delaying doing the thing until you have inner peace, and then you will start doing what you’re supposed to do.

You will never know what doing it feels like until after you finish the whole thing. You cannot understand how something is good for you or how good it will make you feel clearly and fully before doing it.

In addition, if the main problems that you’re struggling in life because of that you’re still trying to fix are still there intact, you might never feel good afterwards. You will always feel bad, because the problems that are making you feel bad are still there, waiting for you unchanged. All your problems, struggles, and causes of suffering are still the same, and nothing has changed about them.

Nevertheless, there’s still no other way out of them other than getting this thing, and many other things, done.

Do it anyway, before trying to get your head right. Do it anyway, without trying to feel good first, before you allow yourself to even get started.
