It’s okay to plan for the future. But don’t clutter your day to day tasks with stuff that you cannot take action concerning it at all at the moment.

Only put what can you attack immediately or take action upon right away in your notebooks of daily to-do lists.

Planning for the far future should be broadly and generally planned in detail in notebooks specific for long-term goal setting. But when it comes to action taking steps that you should follow right now, don’t try to figure out what you’ll be doing on a specific date next month. Just tell yourself what are the next actions only in your high turnover tasks planning notes. Focus on these only because what you should do after that should be inspired by how much you’ve grown from your recent success.

For example, tell yourself what you can do today only in your to-do lists, instead of laying down every single step that you should take this month, to get closer to your long-term goals.

The reward that you get from your recent accomplishments should highly influence your decisions when it comes to day to day tasks planning.

Do not follow any rule to a T, even if it’s starting to backfire.

Consistency, believe it or not, is why you’re not seeing any growth on Instagram.

You keep following a strict routine for posting.
This makes people unfollow you because they don’t want to consume your posts habitually.

People are entitled. They do not care about supporting you except rarely.

If you keep showing up with the same type of posts, saying the same stuff, and your posts look the same, boredom will kick in.

Your target audience may be interested in what you have to say, but you are now associated with pain to them, because you always show up every day at the same time, and you also show up every day several times.

This is called conditioning.

You have conditioned your audience to put up with you every day instead of them being exposed to a random sample of different people every time they come to Instagram.

You are everywhere they go.

They’d either avoid using the app altogether, or just unfollow you.

You have to understand that the pathological unfollowing phenomenon of Instagram is related to the algorithm punishing you over and over again for having supported someone by engaging with one of their posts once in your feed, and that punishment comes in the form of showing you all their recent posts in a row.

Imagine if you happened to be one of those who post several times a day.

The consumer will definitely unfollow you, because they have done nothing wrong for the algorithm to punish them this way.

They did not come to Instagram in order to waste an entire hour every day being bombarded by your posts several times in a row.

The algorithm is an idiot. I know.

Imagine if these numerous posts all come every day at the same time regardless of anything. That my friend, will be the ultimate conditioning of your target audience for pain tolerance. You are just telling them to get used to a life of pain on a daily basis, as long as they keep following you on Instagram.

The thing is for example, you have to refresh the feed first before they show you another post from the same person on LinkedIn, and it has to be doing great, in terms of engagement.

But on Instagram, they show it anyway in the same feed session even before you refresh the feed.

All of the above is in addition to decreased engagement, and reach.

Veganism is a cult.

There’s nothing wrong with eating meat.

There are no health benefits to veganism. It’s just that vegetables are healthy and when people are vegan, they eat ample vegetables, and hence the benefits. It has nothing to do with stopping to eat meat.

Anything that attacks eating meat as an unhealthy way of living is just propaganda and snowflake virtue signalling.

Most people who are not vegan have high or at least the normal ambition which when not met or fulfilled, they become frustrated, which leads to hypertension, which is more likely to be the cause of heart disease. When you have low energy you will have low standards, and hence the culture of acceptance, and over gratitude, where gratitude is trendy and considered to be the answer for all your problems, instead of actually changing anything about your life, where there’s a tendency to over-hype gratitude like nothing is wrong with the world and you need nothing else, you already have it all. Meaning, superior power brings superior ambition. The same thing happens when you quit caffeine. When you can’t do greater things, you’ll settle for a mediocre life and be happy or content with it. You wouldn’t know what you’re missing.

Bottom line is this: you are what you eat. Don’t destroy your life by giving in to dietary propaganda propelled by radical leftist machinery intending to weaken our people enough to think that capitalism doesn’t work for everyone, in order to destroy the west by turning it into a huge communist wasteland.

I’m a perfectionist and it never occurred to me to call my questions stupid to water down the potential judgment I might get for asking them.

I’m not being cruel or heartless here, but please, hear me out.

Do not believe abusers, no matter what.

Even when they’re sincerely apologizing to you for everything that they have ever done to you, they’re abusing and manipulating you. Let that sink in. They are pseudo-human. They are fake humans.

Why do I laugh at the idea of a morning routine?

Why do I jump to work right away?

The moment right after I wake up from sleep, I find that I am not in a good mood to do anything enjoyable. So work seems like a good fit. It’s not discipline that gets me to do it. It’s the lack of discipline. It’s when I’m most not motivated, and everything seems to be more difficult, and I feel like I’m still sleeping, so why not get the part that sucks most over with fast already so that I can enjoy fun activities later on guilt free?

As soon as we realize that we don’t always follow logic, we will become better at managing ourselves. Be open to any trick that makes you able to work or be more productive.

What is more important than learning from mistakes is to not be afraid of making mistakes. This will make us less reluctant to embark on any daunting journey.

  • Notice that children often are the problem when it comes to who’s being too strict with mistakes. They often try to correct you more, as opposed to you believing you instilled that into their innocent brains through instructing them too strictly. This is because the parts that make you override the urge to correct mistakes are still underdeveloped in children. It’s not the absence of action you need to be able to not stop at every mistake. It’s an active process that requires ample energy.

Gary Vee always wonders if we hated him at first or not.

I didn’t not love Gary Vaynerchuck at first. I never hated him at first. It’s just that it felt like this 50 something dude is saying practical shit that I can apply today. I got hooked. I underestimated you at the beginning. I thought you were the smallest of all influencers I know. But when I heard you say the success you made. Where I am now. Stuff like that, several times, I said: wait a minute? Is this guy like famous? Not just an old dude giving random wisdom for free? And then I checked it out. Then I said: OMFG. I had no idea. Then I became a serious fan. And the rest as they say is documented through my content.

How to take risks without sacrificing reason in the process.

Nowadays not taking any risks is the actual risk. That rule for example, should not be an excuse to not think before you act.

Notice that you don’t have to treat any given rule like gospel. You have to make up your mind in every situation and not rely on the rule to make the decision for you. That said, you don’t have to put yourself in danger to get good results. It only means that you are supposed to not avoid everything that you are sure is for your own good because you might fail several times before you reach the intended outcome. Just don’t be afraid of making mistakes like it’s a college test. But in the meantime, don’t be reckless or self-sabotaging.

We’re boring to ourselves because we’ve always been stuck with ourselves? It’s like eating your favorite meal over and over again until you can no longer stand it. Doesn’t mean it’s any less delicious. Doesn’t mean it sucks. But for other people, you are always fresh.

We have to be more flexible if we ever hope to make our lives better than average one day.

Work to create a life that feels right to YOU, not one that looks right to everyone else.

Don’t do stuff that you hate just for the money.

Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.

Follow your passion. Do what you love.

Honesty is an integral part of any healthy relationship.

Craft the best life for you so that you can start enjoying the present. That’s the only way to not waste your life chasing a better future. Nothing fixes itself on its own. Be proactive.

Don’t spend your time with people who treat your mind or working memory like a trash can.

I’m not comfortable with the idea of cryptocurrency.

Here me out please. They say it’s the future, and bla bla bla.

Still the entirety of it feels like we’re selling drugs in the black market. And when you question that practice, you get a response like: they can’t catch us all because it’s decentralized. Also MLMs are legal. Doesn’t make it right, which means that they can get fed up with it at any point and declare war against it.

Why do you feel refreshed, energetic, and motivated after taking a shower?

It has an explanation. The smell is tolerated by you and you don’t notice it. That subconscious suppression of feeling it takes energy. Also your skin cannot perform sweating as efficiently. Now your body cannot worry about overheating, and thus has no problem with increasing your metabolism.

Don’t escape a job you hate only to trap yourself in starting a business that makes your life exactly the same.

I understand that what you do can be complex. You don’t want to restrict yourself from all you want. You don’t have to be or do just one thing. I recently realized that despite this, I can only mention one thing, and the rest would be discovered by my true fans through careful consumption of my content. For example, I didn’t stop being a writer when I identified myself as a Life Coach. Still, I only mention that I’m a Life Coach now, in order to not scare people off because in their mind they are thinking: I only asked for one thing, and now you’re telling me your life story.

Generally speaking, one’s most productive time is the moment they wake up. Start your day with the hardest task of the day immediately after you wake up. This is where you have the best energy. Of course you might feel smarter or faster as the day goes by due to warming up and increased activity and reward (hopefully), but in terms of energy, the earlier it is, the better.

2020: I’m the worst year ever.

2021: Hold my scotch…

The self help industry is empty. And I’m here to fill it up.

Time heals nothing. It’s what you choose to do with your time that makes all the difference.

Don’t count the days. Make the days count.

Although things like exercise, good diet, sleeping, meditation, or coffee might raise your energy a little bit, they will never increase your total or maximum amount of energy of the day that you could ever have. No controversy about the fact that any of the above can help you perform better.
However, in my research along the years I realized that energy is no more than brain power. How much can the cells work before getting exhausted. As opposed to the car needs more fuel. It’s not like the cell phone battery. It’s the iPhone itself. The better the smartphone, the greater its energy (or speed and performance). This is the same with us. That’s why motivation doesn’t last. The phone itself is the problem. Not that the battery needs to be recharged.

Every idea is a good idea. Every idea is a bad idea.

Don’t beat yourself up too much.

I started writing when I was 16. It was beyond garbage. I didn’t care, because it made me focus on new stuff instead of being stuck in the past with the same thoughts. Over the years I found that the quality didn’t remain the same.

DON’T FOLLOW THE MONEY. FOLLOW YOUR PASSION, EVEN IF IT DIDN’T BRING YOU THE MOST MONEY YOU CAN POTENTIALLY MAKE.

I felt that the factor that most helps is the number of videos you put out there. Exposing yourself to the world and potential public embarrassment and shaming more. That breaks the fear. More than practicing in front of a mirror. The camera is an inanimate object that doesn’t bite. We’re not afraid of it. Practicing in front of a camera without publishing any of that won’t break the ice. Won’t do you any good. We’re afraid of the receiving end. Not just hate comments, but being judged internally, even if silently, by the masses.

I am not here to receive stamps of approval from people.

I heard once when I was young, you won’t attain knowledge unless you’re willing to learn from those who are ahead of you, those who are at the same level as you, and those who are below you.

Part of you that feels your deception or detects that you’re a fraud might attack you in the form of imposter syndrome. Counter attack that by being genuine, following your passion, and not pretending to be something you’re not.

Comparing yourself to others might make you frustrated because you’ll always find people who are doing better than you. Just because the population is now 7+ billion. It doesn’t mean you suck. You can still draw inspiration or raise your standards by paying attention to how good some other successful people are doing though. It’s okay as long as it does not end up making you feel like crap.

When I tried sales as a salesperson in real life some 7 years ago or more, I kinda came to a new realization about what the not enough energy complaint was all about. It was about worrying about money, and not having enough dopamine generally in your life, to counter the naturally occurring negative feelings you get as a newbie salesperson every time you get rejected. Like losing in gambling or gaming, even if there’s no real life consequences for that.

Stop demonizing perfectionism in the name of progress.

If anything, perfectionism is the drive that makes us be at and do our best. Progress should mean doing and being our best more.

Your fear of mistakes is holding you back. That is what you should criticize. It has nothing to do with perfectionism. Just because you made no mistakes does not necessarily mean that your work didn’t suck. It could be of horrible quality, even though it is entirely free of any mistakes.

You can avoid making any mistakes by doing nothing at all. But you cannot make progress by compromising quality in favor of quantity.

The quality of your work could always decrease if you keep lowering your standards for the sake of making more progress. And then, all this quantity you’re proud of will be trash, at least in terms of quality or how good it really is.

You have to aim for perfection, even if you didn’t reach it. You still have to aim for it intentionally, and do your best anyway, in order to not suck colossally.

At the same time it doesn’t mean sleep on the same piece of content forever, because quantity doesn’t matter. This is how you get reward that makes you sane and able to keep being functioning. This is how you become able to move, so you need more quantity. More achievement. So you just need to be fast. Smarter. Not hateful of being a perfectionist.

Simply put, Make a ton of work, that every single piece of it is just perfect.

More work, all with perfect quality.

Aim for the highest quantity of output, with every single part of that output being perfect in every way possible or imaginable.

Even if you didn’t hit that target, or reach that standard or goal, your work will still be amazing.

Do not lower the quality of your work to make more quantity. Learn to make more quantity of your work without decreasing your work’s level of quality.

You will not get reward from low quality work. Even if the quantity is infinite.

Only when your work starts surpassing a certain level of quality will you start getting enough reward from or because of it.

Nevertheless, don’t think that this kind of reward will last forever. You will want more. And here is where quantity of work will come in handy.

You ask everyone is quality better than quantity? They all say yes.

You ask them again, is progress better than perfectionism? Or is more quantity of work done better than trying to make that work perfect? They all say yes as well.

Ironic, isn’t it?

The power of mass indoctrination.

None of these people criticizing perfectionism are producing more content or work by sacrificing their perfectionistic tendencies for the sake of more output.

They all produce masterpieces that say fuck perfectionism. Just do it, with disregard to quality, because making progress matters more.

Let that sink in. They all never compromise perfectionism.

Also you don’t keep raising your standards ad infinitum in the same single piece of content until you are stuck in it forever. You need to be smart. Get everything you wanted to say written, in the best way possible, as fast as you can, and then leave. Don’t take forever. This doesn’t mean decreased concern for the quality of your posts, articles, books, or content. This just means you did your best without sacrificing quality for the sake of anything else. You did not compromise quality for the sake of making more progress.

You think aiming for some degree of excellence is better than succumbing to perfectionism?

On the contrary, there could always be something else that could’ve been done to enhance the quality of your work. Your work could always have been better if you did this or that. Aiming for a certain level of excellence will make you unable to leave now anyway regardless of the quality. That is why everybody hates perfectionism. When you aim for perfect from the start, you don’t keep trying to increase the quality to meet a certain standard. You aim for everything to be epic from the start to the best of your ability. In this case you will never have a hard time leaving the piece of art, content, or your work, because even though it’s not the best, or perfect by any standard, you did everything in your power from the start to make it not suck. You went all in. And now you can leave it without feeling bad about it. Being at peace with your work is priceless, and is always worth the effort.

Stop denying yourself reward. Don’t turn your creative endeavor into labor.

You still need to plan everything by writing it all down somewhere.

You must have faith in your ability to handle things when their destined time comes. Do not doubt your capacity to deal with future occurring matters. You can do it. You need to not waste your time or energy at present worrying about it. And this is where planning comes to the rescue.

We’ll cross that bridge when we come to it does not mean you stop planning altogether.

Please understand that you plan for the future or for stuff that can only take place in the future only to make your life at present better. More mindfulness. More focus. More energy. Dealing with issues. Taking care of stuff and important matters. Managing systems. Not that you are helpless in the future and you can’t do anything unless it was premeditated and thought about thoroughly and perfectly planned ahead before you take any action concerning it. You don’t plan to make your future better. You plan everything there is ahead only to make your present better.

You can handle it perfectly when its time comes. The only problem is that its time didn’t arrive yet.

So you can’t leave it hanging there like this. You’ll forget how can you deal with it in the future when its time comes. And thus you have to put your mind at ease and to rest and make peace with it by planning something about it somewhere, so that you no longer have to think about it or assume it is an issue that can’t be resolved and deserves that you keep panicking and stay stressed all the time about it or because of it.

End the open loop. Plan everything ahead. But you must know that this planning isn’t to make your future better or easier. It’s to make your present moment better and easier, totally stress free, so that you can remain focused on what needs to be done right now, not what you can’t do anything about it yet, because it lies sometime in the future.

You plan to make your present better, not your future. You can handle anything when its time comes.

Yeah, but what about my money.

Remember, it’s about helping people and making the world a better place, not about milking people out of their money without giving a damn.

You should always have the option of negotiating prices with your customers or clients. Don’t say no to money. Don’t let people go away because they don’t have enough money. Don’t drive away customers because they are too poor. Have something for customers or clients of each financial level. Give them something rather than nothing. Provide them with a product or service that matches the amount of money they can afford to pay. Don’t shut enthusiastic customers or clients because they are too poor to pay your prices or they can’t afford to pay you a certain amount of money below which you refuse to work. Have something to sell to every person. Period. And don’t always refuse to work for free. It just has to not be for long hours every day. Address their issues or problems quickly but thoroughly. They’ll appreciate it. They’d appreciate anything, because you still accepted to help them, even though they paid you nothing.

There’s a good thing about having standard prices, but the option of negotiating a discount with a customer in the DMs for example, without lowering your official price for your services, should always be available. You have to keep the wheels turning and keep the momentum going. Even if that means sometimes getting paid less than you wish.

Vanity metrics matter. Here’s why.

A high enough follower or subscriber count would make sure the algorithm works hard enough to find and show your content to your target or ideal audience.

Wait, what did you just say? Follower count doesn’t matter? It’s like saying money doesn’t matter. Of course it does. Just don’t exclusively chase it even at the expense of everything else. By the way, new followers mean increased engagement, which then will make the algorithm push your content to the people who really fall under the category of your 1000 true fans. You do not celebrate the new followers despite this being useless. You do so because this is all there is. Let that sink in.

The same could be said about all vanity metrics and your analytics. They mean more engagement which would then lead to the algorithm or system pushing your posts to a greater number of people, so that the people who would really care about you would start following or subscribing to you.

You only get what you tolerate.

Be careful of whom you’re attracting to your tribe.

Testimonials attract clients.

No problem with that. The idea is that the proof of your competence being the words of some random happy customers who are excitable and easily impressed is not the kind of evidence that means anything. You will attract the same type of audience who are easily convinced by such stuff. Be careful of who you attract to your tribe. You will be walking on eggshells all your life if you failed to attract the right open minded critical thinking capable audience just because you considered your business model to be successful because the money coming was good. You only get what you tolerate.

The number of your followers or subscribers matters.

The majority of people are going to determine whether or not they’re going to follow you based upon the current number of your followers.

I’m not in favor of people caring about the number of followers more than anything else. It’s just how it works. They look at your number of followers and if it’s below 300, they don’t even try to inspect the rest of the material essential to determine whether or not you’re worth following or dealing with. If you’re above 300 thousand, they think you’re a legend, even if you suck. On further inspection they might not end up following you. I hate it, but it’s just the nature of the market. I’m sorry, but the market is not always right. That’s why you have to do everything in your power to attract the right audience, and that’s why your content is the best marketing strategy. It stands between you and ending up with the wrong audience for good.
