I can help others more than they could imagine, even though I’m a lost cause.

I have discovered a lot along the way because I didn’t find what I was looking for in other people’s work.

I failed heavily early in my life although I did everything I could in order not to.

I had to investigate.

Why was this happening for me. How could others who I was sure were not better than me in any way do what I couldn’t do.

I left no stone unturned.

I didn’t leave anything behind, when it came to what could explain why I was failing in life although I did everything right.

Of the things I had to check out was the self-help industry.

And I found it so infuriatingly empty.

You have to believe, is all they say. You are not trying to understand what they’re saying, you’re just waiting for the chance to respond and say what you want.

You get the idea. A house of cards. Mirage. An industry of non self-help. Fix your mindset.

Yeah, who told that I didn’t have the right mindset?

I found religion in self-help just as I have found religion in politics, even the most progressive of political positions.

Detachment from reality is something I have very low tolerance for.

So I decided, ironically enough, to help myself, on my own terms.

What made it easy for me is that I had no competition. It was just me in an empty universe. So whatever there is to explore or find, it was new territory that wasn’t found by anyone else. Whatever discovery I made was a Nobel prize level discovery, because this was all there is.

I’m not jumping on a trend to make money like the rest of the population on social media. I’m here, because this is personal for me. I want my vengeance. I have failed for too long. I’m no longer interested in succeeding. I just wanna know why.

Whatever the answer is I don’t have it.

I’ll keep researching until I die anyway, because I have no other reason to live.

Form habits before you write down your goals.

You might think that writing down your goals is enough. It isn’t. It’s an essential step, but don’t think that the mere existence of what you are supposed to do on paper is the only thing you need to do, and then the rest would take care of itself, like it’s gonna be just a matter of time until you reach those intended outcomes. It doesn’t work this way. Nevertheless, you still need to write everything down, even if you would never forget them if you didn’t.

One of the things that might stand in your way to accomplishing what you already decided to firmly would be your habits for example.

You seem to plan your life as if you exist in a world full of commitments only, devoid of any habit whatsoever.

Like I understand that I should do this and that, so let’s just schedule them and call it a day.

No. None of that would be finished even if you wanted to, and even if you pushed yourself as much as you could. Doing stuff whether you feel like it or not does not work long term, and is a recipe for burnout, not from the action taken itself, not from the work involved, but ironically enough, from decision fatigue. Let that sink in.

In order to accept doing something, you have to be able to imagine it, and not from scratch, but from memory. This is different from just recalling it, because remembering stuff might not necessarily involve any kind of imagination or visualization. If you cannot picture yourself doing something in your mind before doing it in the real world, you won’t do it. Like no. Don’t even try. It’s ball and chains. Moreover, if you cannot form that picture based upon your past experiences, and withdraw suggestions and confirmations to that picture from your memory, you won’t move. In simple terms, if you cannot imagine yourself doing it because you have done it before, you will not be able to move, or take action or the first step, and you will end up crying for the help of your fluid intelligence like there’s no tomorrow. Notice that I said cannot imagine, not do not imagine. Yes, you can still do stuff without imagining it prior to or before doing it. But this doesn’t mean that you cannot imagine it if you tried to just for fun or for the love of it. And that imagination has to be from or based upon past experiences or previous knowledge that came from real world practice, not from speculation or the kind of imagination that falls in the realm of what would planets in different galaxies look like, let’s figure that out by exercising our imagination a little bit.

That is not the end of the story. You will be pulled toward your habits, regardless of what they are, and whether or not they’re good or bad, just because you have done them in the past over and over again. You don’t follow your habits for the purpose of automation or simplicity, but only because this is the way that the thing has been done before, that is, only because this thing has become a habit or integrated into your nervous system as the way to go. Even if you present it with a different solution that you know is infinitely better by every atom in your body, you would still infinitely resist implementing that solution, and call yourself an idiot because of that, just because the habit overrides any better suggestion as to how to proceed through your day or how to handle or do anything there is. This is not the power of habit, but the weakness of habit. We are weakened because we can have and will definitely have habits, and this significantly contributes to our suffering and misery as a living species.

Still we have to work with the problem, or despite the existence of the problem, and play along, as opposed to declare war upon it, and refuse to move forward.

If you find yourself enthusiastic about a bunch of new activities that presumably are going to turn your life around, before writing them down as goals, that are going to drag you down because they will be placeholders, suggestions, and ideas that you cannot do, and so will be overloaded because of them without being able to get them over with ever, integrate them into your system as habits first, by introducing yourself to doing them long enough or for quite some time, until they become habits and become recognized by your body as acceptable behavior and stuff that would be taken seriously if written down as goals, because now you can imagine yourself doing them from memory or past experience.

What’s the deal with the entitlement and parasitic behavior?

What is wrong with people?!

I wanna start my own business.

I wanna buy this thing.

I wanna pay for some groceries.

I need 2.5k asap.

Okay why don’t you have the money?

No response.

How are you going to get the money?

I don’t know, I guess I’ll just keep begging random people in the DMs on social media, and tell guys they’re cute and handsome, and then just flat out ask them to give me money.

Amazing. Are you a real person?

….

You get the idea.

Whomever the fuck you are, and wherever fucking country you come from, go get a fucking job, damn it!

Jesus…

If you can’t afford something, then go look for an extra shift or overtime.

Or get an additional job.

If you still can’t afford it, then fucking wait. Save money along several months until you have the money.

Who do you think you are?

If it is way above your paycheck then drop it entirely! Don’t even dream of it.

What the fuck is wrong with people these days? No decency, self respect, accountability, or sense of responsibility whatsoever.

Accept any job. A minimum wage job. Do the most boring and mediocre job ever. Take the worst and lowest paying job there is.

What’s the matter with you?

This is basic stuff. This is real life shit.

Grow the fuck up.

If you can start your own business during going through all this then it’s fine. If you can’t, then forget about it.

You’re not Gary Vee, or Mark Zuckerberg.

Wake the fuck up.

They insanely make you more productive, but they do not mean that you’ll do it anyway even if you don’t want to.

A calendar or a To-do list won’t help you do something that you are not initially motivated to do anyway with or without this thing being present in any management or planning system like a to-do list or a calendar.

A Calendar or a To-do list won’t push you to do something that you don’t already want to do, with or without the help of either of these two tools.

If you don’t already want to do this thing, it’s existence in a to-do list or a calendar won’t make you desire to do it more, or make you just magically want to do it. These tools do not generate any interest, enthusiasm, willingness, eagerness, desire, aspiration, or motivation to do something. They just let you know what lies ahead.

Do not get me wrong. They are amazing tools. And I don’t think you should try to make do without them. But do not expect them to solve all your problems for you.

These are productivity tools not motivational tools.

If there’s no initial desire to accomplish those items, the mere presence of them in a time management system will only become a burden that slows you down even further.

Oh I really don’t wanna do this, so I’ll just schedule it or throw it in a to do list. This is self sabotage. Ball and chains. You don’t have a procrastination problem here. You have an I don’t want to waste my time and energy problem here. Which is in fact a good thing. Not a problem.

They are all my sons.

Some people defend their favorite social media platform by undermining how good any other social media platform is. That is weird. I understand the importance of Instagram for example, but why do I have to claim that LinkedIn or YouTube sucks so hard in comparison, just to make my case as to why you should make posting every day on Instagram a priority.

I love them all. Each is unique and important. It’s not a race or contest. They are options. Tools. Possibilities.

Make the most out of each of them.

Do not underestimate the power of LinkedIn.

There’s something special about LinkedIn, and it has nothing to do with its organic reach.

People don’t understand this. I post jokes in text on LinkedIn and it goes viral (relative to my average organic reach over there). It’s not purely business. Because these are humans who can still laugh if something ironic gets thrown in their way. This isn’t the pentagon. You don’t have to be dead serious in there to speak. Stop panicking and start posting on LinkedIn at least 5 times a day. It’s a unique platform that you shouldn’t ignore even if it had the lowest organic reach.

There are no forbidden words. Be unapologetically yourself.

Aside from being yourself, why wouldn’t you curse at all? Let them give you a single reason why you shouldn’t? Why are there forbidden words? Who has the authority to declare some words bad and should never be uttered? It’s not a matter of being yourself. It’s a matter of freedom of speech and expression.

Remember, everything the establishment says is wrong with you is actually what is right with you. Stop holding yourself back.

Stop trying to automate everything. This isn’t who you are. You’re a creative spirit.

Everybody is just trying to avoid burnout through being lifelessly efficient, when it is infinitely less exhausting to just speak your mind right away without any delay.

Scheduling posts and automating posting to all social media platforms is a character of people who don’t possess an iota of creativity. They are just corporate drones making money for themselves instead of for their bosses.

Efficiency kills creativity. It turns you into a bot or at best a good business manager.

You don’t even deserve the title of content creator.

You’re just another businessperson.

The problem isn’t with the sun being up. The problem is with who else is up with it.

You realize that one of the main reasons for you being a night owl is that most of the people are awake in the morning and you can’t stand their collective energy? This is confirmed by the fact that you start feeling differently when it’s 1 AM than when it is 11 PM, although both are almost as night as each other, and you keep feeling good anyway when the sun is out at a time you’re sure everybody is still asleep (like 5 or 6 AM). Also when you are alone in nature you tend to be okay with being awake in the morning because there are no people in the first place (if you’re exploring in the desert or jungle…etc.).

The entirety of the unexplained over-hype of waking up early in the morning every day to be in a better state and more productive for the rest of the day is because the collective negative energy of humanity wasn’t the first thing that your brain and body had to inevitably be exposed to or suck the moment you wake up or first thing in the morning.

When you have already been feeling the good vibes for two hours for example before being exposed to such trash energy or negativity, it would not affect you as much, because the train has already left the station. You already had a good start, and the momentum protects you from anything that has been carefully crafted to make you feel down or suck the living motivation out of you. You are ahead of everybody else. You already passed the stage of starting the day with a positive spirit.

I can go on and on forever providing you with further evidence that it has nothing to do with the sun.

Protect your mood. Do not take your enthusiasm for granted. Protect your positive energy. Your environment makes all the difference.
