Use this if you’re still stuck under narcissistic abuse.

By all means, do not let the abuse be the only thing that has taken place in your head or life for years, by any means necessary. Find something, anything, that has nothing to do with the abuse, and do it as much as you can, for as long as possible, until you save yourself. Until you set yourself free, for good.

A tip that might help lessen the impact of any interaction you might be forced to have with a narcissist or abusive person is to not let your interactions with them be the only thing that happened today.

Don’t let those interactions fall into a clear head, so that they don’t hurt as much. Try to immerse yourself into anything that keeps your mind occupied with stuff all the time, just to make it easier for you to distract yourself from what happens to you.

Don’t succumb into the feeling that you are feeling so bad and thus you’d rather do nothing at all all day long because you’re not in the mood. Don’t let the abuse be the only thing that entered your mind or has taken place today. Distract yourself like crazy, until you make it out of this prison.
