One of the worst things about getting judged is when you actually believe that what they’re saying is accurate or true. Is when you agree with what they say about you. Is when you have a negative view of yourself. When you actually volunteer to make the judgment or criticism of you. When you really believe you’re bad, and you start being afraid to speak or express yourself because of the negative view you have here of yourself. That is worse than hate comments. It is not up to them or anybody else other than you to decide whether or not you should continue doing what you want. You do not need their permission. And you don’t have to be good to keep doing what you want. You don’t have to meet their standards of what should pass as good enough for you to be allowed to continue doing what you chose to do. You are talking because you have something to say and you decided to say it, not because they will like it. Don’t be your own worst critic. Don’t judge yourself too much. Focus on producing more, not on making no mistakes in what you’ve already produced. Move on fast. Focus on the current or the next task, project, or piece of content. The overwhelming majority of those who are criticizing you are too bad to be qualified to criticize anyone or anything ever. Don’t let a bunch of noobs stop you.
