Do less. Aim lower. Reduce your standards and the bare minimum acceptable. This will get you through most cases and instances of procrastination, where you find yourself reluctant to do anything important, because you are tired, or you don’t have enough energy to do it at the highest level imaginable. This doesn’t mean that the overall picture is that you stop being ambitious, lower your standards, and give up on your aspirations. It does not mean you no longer aspire to hit your highest goals, or become the best and highest version of yourself humanly imaginable. It does not necessarily mean you will not live up to your full potential. It just means you’re not going to say no this time, to just getting started.
