You can reconcile between the fact that it’s all intentional but they’re totally oblivious to the same pathological or inexcusable behavior only when they do it, in spite of being able to readily recognize the same problematic behavior when others commit the same actions, by realizing that during the time they are defending themselves or being accused of such behavior or crimes, they have to pretend that they are totally innocent in order to get away with it, and in order to succeed in doing so, they have to believe that they really didn’t do it during the setting of the accusation, argument, conversation, or fight, even though they are totally aware of the fact that they are lying to themselves and others.

They have to never think that they are wrong during the accusation of what they know they really did, just to get away from the consequences of their actions.

Nevertheless, they are totally aware of their crimes, lies, and pretending, and it was all intentional.

It is like when you believe your lies when you are telling them, you will sound more like you’re telling the truth, and people will be more likely to believe you in this case.

Outside of the context of them defending themselves or you pointing out the crimes they committed to them in an argument, they totally know what they’re doing, and they’re totally aware of what they’re doing and its effects on their abuse victims, and it was all intentional.

The difference between a psychopath, sociopath, and a narcissist who is not psychopathic or sociopathic, in terms of awareness, is too insignificant and irrelevant to be bothered with. The difference is only in the nature of the delusion and psychosis, not in responsibility, awareness, or intentionality, when it comes to the abuse they inflict upon others, or victimization of others, or crimes they commit. The end result is they are all equal in the amount, magnitude, degree, and severity of how much they are immoral, evil, and criminal.
