Valve is corrupt, and must be held accountable for its crimes against the DotA 2 community.

Valve’s DotA 2 matchmaking system is corrupt, rigged, unfair, unbalanced, evil, sadistic, sociopathic, and immoral in nature, by design, on an unprecedented level.

Valve is a sociopathic company that pits you against 5 high immortal smurfs with multiple VAC bans on record every single time you win and get MVP. This corrupt company must be legally forced to sell the game to another company.

The matchmaking system itself is infinitely corrupt and sociopathic in nature, and it is all by design. Valve itself is sociopathic and enjoying your pain and suffering. They punish you for winning once by a fifteen game losing streak easy without looking back, and call that ideal and perfectly balanced matchmaking.

All of what we’re complaining about here never happens in League of Legends, or Smite.

Any excuse garbage valve gives is pure gaslighting and is totally detached from reality and has nothing to do with the truth.

They created the Smurf pool, instead of banning the smurfs, and you can get there so easily, by winning a single game and getting MVP once, no matter what you do or how low or high your rank or MMR is. All enemies have multiple VAC bans on record and multiple game bans with accounts with less than 200 games on average. None of that is found on your team. And it happens every single game, in perpetuity, for good.

Lack of achievement is the cause of the overwhelming majority of your negative emotions, negative thinking, and mental health issues and struggles, including burnout.

There’s nothing wrong with you. You just need to achieve more.

You don’t burnout from working too much.

You burnout from lack of accomplishment or a lack of a sense of accomplishment from your work, despite working that hard or that long.

No matter what you do or how hard you work, you still feel like you’ve accomplished nothing. You’ve achieved nothing. It does not feel rewarding. It does not give you a sense of accomplishment afterwards. You don’t feel like you’ve done something today. You feel like you’re working all the time for nothing. Nothing is really happening. No difference whatsoever. You feel like you were before you started, or worse. There’s no attained outcome or result whatsoever, despite all that hard work.

The problem is, people who speak on the subject look at this and think, it’s because of too much work. You’re exhausted, and you need to prioritize rest. You need to take care of your own well-being, because it is more important than any external result that you can achieve.

They are wrong.

Keep in mind that most of them don’t want to scare you away, by telling you stuff that might make you feel bad afterwards, like telling you that you’re not working hard enough.

If they tell you that you are doing amazing, there’s nothing wrong with you, love yourself first, all happiness comes from within, you do not need to pursue happiness by chasing external accomplishments outside of you, you’d stay, and they’d keep making money.

If they told you you’re not good enough, you are not doing well enough, you’re lacking in terms of success, reward, achievement, accomplishment, fulfillment, dopamine, and serotonin, you’d leave, and they’d go out of business.

You can’t be happy without success, but you can be successful without necessarily being happy, for other reasons.

It is literally impossible to be happy, fulfilled, and in a healthy mental or psychological state or mood without success. Without being successful enough. To the extent that if your happiness levels are fluctuating or not so stable, or outright low or depressed, it is almost always if not always lack of success that is to be blamed for that. Your lack of enough accomplishment, achievement, and success is responsible for your negative mental health status or states, until proven otherwise. If you’re not happy, chances are you’re lacking in the department of success as well, and it is totally if not solely responsible for your unhappiness or lack of happiness, good mental health, and well-being, and neurological functioning.

Excessive failure leads to outright physical brain damage. It lowers your IQ and intelligence like no other.

And they never tell you that.

They gaslight you, so you stay a failure forever, by telling you failure doesn’t even exist. There’s no such thing as failure. It’s all lessons and learning, so that you never revolt against society’s injustice and unfairness someday or something. So that you don’t hate the rich. So you don’t hate people at the top, and do something about it someday.

Your placement in the bottom of the dominance hierarchy will keep crushing you in perpetuity, destroying all your capacity to make decisions that are not absolutely harmful and destructive for you and your future. You will keep self-sabotaging and ruining your own life for good, just because you are stuck at the bottom of the dominance or social hierarchy with no way out that you can see or follow at the moment, no matter what.

Everything will be negative. Everything will be pointless. Hopelessness and despair will be the norm, your average day-to-day mood. Helplessness and absolute misery and total and absolute lack of energy, motivation, and will, interest, investment, or desire to do anything productive, or anything whatsoever in the whole world will take over, and be all there is when it comes to you and your life. And there will be no way out, because of you, and who you’ve become or ended up being.

Success and hard work until you achieve massive success, achievement, and accomplishment is the only way out. Not being happy despite being in the negative environment.

That’s not toxic hustle culture. That’s not a straightforward way that leads quickly to severe burnout.

That’s your only hope.

That’s your only way out.

A profound solution to your creativity block.

Fix your environment, circumstances, and get out of the toxic, abusive, or unlivable situation you’re stuck in, as soon as humanly possible, by any means necessary.

There are people that when you consume their content, you instantly get creative, and start coming up with your own ideas, thoughts, and things to say.

You feel like your creativity suddenly increases, or comes back to you. All your creativity block issues suddenly disappear, dissolve, or go away.

Notice that, and whenever you run out of ideas for content, go consume some of their content.

You will suddenly get back to the state of being creative again. The zone. It’s here again. The flow. It’s back. And suddenly you are back to being able to create again.

Fixing your environment does not involve eliminating negative, toxic, abusive, narcissistic, sociopathic, psychopathic, evil, immoral, or depressive people out of your life only.

It involves adding inspiring people to it as well.

It doesn’t have to be the best and most perfect decision of all time. It just has to be a decision. A right decision.

Just keep things moving. Your next move or next action doesn’t have to be the best, most ideal, most perfect, or most right decision of all time. It just has to be a right decision, that keeps things moving.

You don’t have to make the ultimate right decision. You just have to keep things moving. Focus on getting the task at hand over with. Don’t take too long trying to decide what the next best move of all time is.

You don’t have to make the best, most right, most perfect, or most ideal decision there is about what your next move should be or what the next action should be when it comes to your creative work or anything whatsoever that you do.

You just have to make a decision.

Focus on how you can just keep things moving.

Quantity, even if at the expense of quality of performance or quality of content, is everything, when it comes to productivity, and improving or getting better at any type of creative work whatsoever.

Don’t wait until you’re ready for creating higher quality content. You never will.

When trying to create a piece of content, you will always find yourself afraid of making something of low quality or not good enough.

And because of that, you skip on making the piece of content altogether, even if the idea is really amazing.

When it comes to making videos, it might be a little harder, because you are showing up on camera, and there’s a lot for people to criticize and judge.

So you try to post or create video content only when you are at your best shape.

Ask yourself, what’s the worst quality of performance possible, and aim for that.

Aim for a lower quality of performance on purpose when trying to make a video.

Your reluctance to make a video unless you’re absolutely ready for making a priceless video with maximum production and performance quality humanly possible is why you never post. It’s why you rarely post, if ever. You are aiming for a very high performance quality, and if you’re not absolutely ready for it, you will not make the video in the first place. And so you end up rarely posting video, if ever. You either end up quitting posting video content altogether, or rarely posting, and being extremely inconsistent, you never make any progress, even after years of starting to put out video content online.

There’s an element of being casual or relatable that is always there when trying to make a video that says: take it easy, it’s a video.

And there’s also the fear of judgment that can be too detailed, as in the judgment and criticism itself will contain a lot of detail and will be insanely comprehensive and all-encompassing and covers everything negative possible that could be said about you. And that is simply because what you said was on video, so there’s a lot for them to criticize and judge. They now have a lot of material to work with, or use against you. Your hyper-awareness of all this triggers your survival mode, and cripples your decision making. You will not have full access to your executive functioning powers or abilities when in that stressful or overwhelming state. Which lowers the quality of your performance on camera dramatically. Or at least reduces your capacity for producing or creating high quality content on camera significantly.

Struggling because of both of the previously mentioned conflicting facts at the same time might make you unable to proceed without an element of indecisiveness and feeling that whatever that you do will be unacceptable as if you’re doing something wrong. Which makes you doubt and question yourself and every word you say excessively, and hesitate too much, which also affects the quality of your content or performance on video negatively.

There’s also the challenge of having to be awake and energetic enough to sound and look normal on video. You don’t want to show people a grumpy or irritable version of yourself. You want to be able to deliver.

Making videos requires a lot of mental horsepower. It’s not easy, and you cannot do it when you are low on energy.

Focus on getting to the finish line. The entirety of the process sucks and there’s nothing that you can do about it.

Just go for it, as is, and get the video over with. With your low energy. With your lack of motivation and enthusiasm. Even if you don’t feel like it. You never will. And if you wait until you do, you will never post video content your whole life, even if you are really talented. Even if you have what it takes to crush it on video.

Here, quantity, or the number of videos you post, and how frequently you post video content is everything.
