Why you will never be consistent, unless you go all in, do your absolute best every single time, and give it your all, aiming at maximum progress possible, every single time you do the thing that you want to be consistent at.

You have to understand that you must experience a massive sense of reward, every single time you do the thing, or else you will never be able to maintain the habit of doing that thing, and you will never be consistent at doing that thing, in the long-term, no matter what. Forget daily chores, work is different, and as a result, different rules apply to each.

If you do not go about it with the attitude of I want to do it all now, as in finish and complete it all now, you will never be consistent, no matter what you do, or how hard you try.

You cannot do the bare minimum, by doing the bare minimum.

You have to give it your all, and go all in, and aim for doing the highest quantity, and quality, humanly possible and imaginable, in order to hit the bare minimum that will keep you consistent, in the long-term.

The intent and aim behind your attempt at doing the thing that you want to become consistent at doing in the long-term, or for the rest of your life, has to be going all in, and doing your absolute best and highest in terms of quantity, quality, amount, magnitude, and volume, ever possible and imaginable, no matter what, every single time, in order to become and remain consistent, in the long-term.

Even if the goal is to become consistent, by doing the absolute bare minimum, just to build the habit, and remain consistent, in the long-term.

You have to aim higher, actually aim highest possible, and imaginable, in order to hit the bare minimum, that you need to do or accomplish, on a regular basis, in order to be consistent at the thing that you want to be consistent at doing in the long-term.

There is no workaround. There is no alternative.

It’s a paradox.

You have to aim higher, in order to aim lower.

You have to aim lower, in order to aim and achieve more or higher.

You have to lower your standards, in order to raise your standards.

You have to raise your standards, in order to succeed, and hit the bare minimum of success, progress, and productivity acceptable.

It doesn’t make sense, but it works.

You do not know the power, of the dark side.
