I’ve been doing everything right for decades and still I’m not seeing any difference or feeling any different.

I’ve been training for years and still I’m not improving at all no matter what I do or how hard I try.

The number one reason why you feel like you’re not improving despite years and years of constant heavy training on a regular basis is because you are unaware of your newfound powers. You have no idea how powerful you’ve become. You just train to improve. You never use what you’ve acquired through years and years of training. You have just become better at training, at improving yourself at a higher rate, without ever trying to become good at using what you’ve got or what you’ve acquired or gained after years of training, experience, and improvement. Whatever that you’ve learned and improved at and become better at, you’re not using it, because you have no idea it exists in the first place, because you, even you, cannot believe or imagine how powerful you’ve become after all this.

The biggest reason you believe that you shouldn’t do anything that you know is supposed to turn your life around or make you or your life better in any way there is, is because you think that you are actually not getting any benefits from what you’re doing, even though you are doing everything right.

Whatever development you’ve recently attained, you cannot have access to it unless you believe it exists. The upgrades are already installed. You are just using the old parts of you exclusively, or your old self only, out of habit.

You are still unaware of how powerful you’ve become.

And that my friend, is part of your limiting beliefs about yourself. Just as there could be a limiting belief that says I’m not good enough, there is a limiting belief that you have that says I can’t be that good. And so you remain as you are, after years and decades of training, treating yourself like you’re somewhat strong, but still starting out, and still have much to learn.

This is one of the main reasons why I made a distinction between the thinking hunger and the Self-improvement need and hunger of the genius human, even though you basically exercise both almost the same way and by doing virtually the same things.
