Don’t waste your time getting your head straight before taking action. Get positive results first and then let the reward do all the talking.

Your head fights with you because it doesn’t have what it will have after the achievement yet before the achievement.

It’s like when you’re dehydrated and can’t think how you are going to get some water to drink.

That fight is just a failure of the brain to regulate negative thinking due to the lack of enough achievement in your life or at least in your day.

Do not try to shut it down. It will shut itself down when things get better on its own.

Don’t waste your time fighting with your mind when this fight is not going to fix or change anything. There are better things to do.
