Focus on getting the task done and reaching your goal, not on fighting distracting or intrusive thoughts every step of the way.

Various thoughts.

One important thing that will help you become more productive is to not be concerned with how cool you look while doing it. Whether you’re afraid or not is irrelevant. Hitting the goal and making progress is the only thing that makes the difference.

One thing that everybody seems to low-key sweep under the rug is the fact that most people who had their reels blow up fast were already starting with accounts with about 7k followers for example. And they turn around and act as if everybody could get the same rate of growth with 2000 followers.

Sometimes you’re the only obstacle standing in your way. Don’t hold yourself back for any reason.

The crisis of meaninglessness is everywhere, not just the west. The media in authoritarian countries just sweeps all evidence of similar stuff under the rug and pretends it never happens.

I always cringe when I hear someone say don’t take yourself or your life too seriously. What else you got could be any more serious? You are important. Start acting accordingly.

Why it’s okay to use a stopwatch instead of a timer sometimes for your meditation sessions.

What if I told you that the reason you’re reluctant to initiate a mediation session is that if you set a timer for too long you’ll be trapped until the session is over, if you’re not ready for more at the moment, but you can’t terminate the session right now because you promised, or you can’t keep thinking unchecked because you are threatened to be interrupted by the very same timer that you’ve set to ring after a period of time that is shorter than you need right now?

To bypass this moral dilemma you can simply use the stop watch instead, and keep meditating until you feel it’s time to get out, leave, or terminate the current mediation session. This way you won’t be stuck or trapped longer than you need to or can handle at the moment.

Brilliant, isn’t it?

I amaze myself.

Self loathing could originate from doing nothing to get out of the negative or bad environment.

Your body resents you because you are not doing enough to save it. To make the pain stop. You know you can do better, and putting up with such abuse or suffering is unbearable and unacceptable.

Changing your circumstances to the better in this case is not a luxury. And how quickly you save yourself makes all the difference in terms of how much despair you will feel after things start to improve or after you’ve already escaped that horrible situation or these unlivable conditions.

Fixing your environment is of utmost importance. Really almost all of the frustration comes from not doing anything to change your circumstances, but instead choosing to hang in there indefinitely and see what happens.

You will only get new ideas when you create long enough and get fed up with the quality of what you’ve already produced a ton of.

The pathway is something like this: You are a normal person. You keep creating normally and improving gradually like any kid who is learning how to walk.

If you have suffered in your life enough or beyond a certain threshold, your focus goes toward survival only, and hence finding no reason to make something that does not necessarily increase your chances of survival.

In this case, you have no option but to teach yourself that you have no problem with doing stuff with no expected outcome whatsoever, because the anhedonia makes you aspire for nothing but wanting whatever that is going on at the moment or whatever that you’re doing to be over,  because nothing that you ever do makes any difference anymore.

That is, being okay with getting no reward from the normal achievement pathways, by creating anyway with no concern for reaching any positive outcome, in order to bypass the reluctance of the idiotic primitive centers to give you pleasure from normally rewarding behaviors, while attacking them from another frontier simultaneously, by doing all the negative thinking for them voluntarily, so that they find no reason to bother explaining to you why it’s pointless, because it seems that you are already on the same page with them, to the extent that you are now doing all the talking, instead of waiting for them to fulfill that role, or worse, oppose them when they try to convince you why it is pointless to try to do anything good or not be miserable.
