Everything you need to know about the combined resting sessions for The Genius Human.

The Genius Human should sit down for a collective combined session where The Genius Human performs Thought Streaming Meditation, Regeneration, and Rest all at the same session, not necessarily at the same instant or moment during the entire session, but all three are allowed freely during the entire session as the Genius Human finds best suits the moment or as the Genius Human feels or thinks they should attempt to do at this moment. When thought-streaming starts they let it take over and allow it to take place. When resting attempts to take over they let it take over and allow it to take place. When regeneration tries to be the current process being performed the Genius Human has no problem with letting it take over and the Genius Human then allows it in turn to take place. During the entire session the Genius Human switches or shifts from one type of process to the other without resisting that switch or shift because the entire session isn’t just for performing one process only, but for performing any of the three, maybe one only during the entire session, or maybe two only during the entire session, or maybe all three processes during the entire session, but all and each type of the three processes or activities mentioned earlier are or is allowed to occur and take place whenever convenient or appropriate during this entire combined resting session. The aim from this is to get out of this without any excuse for not working hard continuously afterwards, for you have already taken care of and have already performed whatever recovery measures possible that could help in returning back to you the possibility of working continuously indefinitely without complaining or asking to stop working for any reason related to any kind of fatigue or exhaustion. There is nothing more that you can do in the realm of recovery, rest, regeneration, or getting ready for non-stop working that you haven’t done the best mechanisms to attain them long enough already yet. Time to get back to work. No excuse left. Now push yourself and keep going without stopping until you finish something significant. The combined resting session explained above leaves nothing that you may give the lack of doing them enough now as an excuse for not being able to continue working hard until you perform them first to be able to continue pushing yourself and to be able to keep working any further without complaining.

Sit down in a comfortable position, whether upright, something in between lying down and sitting upright, or lying down on a bed or a comfortable couch. Turn your favorite type of music on indefinitely during the entire combined resting session, and keep listening to your favorite kind of music throughout the entire combined resting session. (I personally turn on DI.FM (Digitally Imported) and keep it running during the entire session, because I love Trance Music and Electronic Dance Music. An alternative to that is Spotify or iTunes, Just open the phone app if you’re listening through your smartphone or tablet, or the web page app that runs on the desktop Computer if you’re listening through your desktop or laptop, select your favorite kind of music and keep it running indefinitely and keep listening to it throughout the entire combined resting session). The only condition or rule for this is that the music is uninterrupted by anyone speaking through the music where this speaking or voice is not part of the music track or tune you’re listening to, such as commercials, or radio hosts ranting about anything. Also set a countdown timer or an alarm that would ring or produce a notifying sound even during setting your smartphone to the do not disturb mode, and specify the intended length or duration of the combined resting session on that countdown timer or alarm on your smartphone to be long enough to reach the results desired from approaching doing such a session in the first place, that is, long enough for you to fully recover. It might be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 90 minutes, or more as needed. Rarely it may be 3 hours, but don’t be afraid to attempt doing a 3 hour combined resting session if you need it. Remember, it will be impossible to reach 3 hours or even 30 minutes of a combined resting session if you really don’t need that kind of long time to recover, rest, regenerate, think freely through thought-streaming, or to take it easy at the moment. So specify the time on the countdown timer or alarm of your smartphone that matches how long you really need to recover and be able to continue working with full power after it. Usually or mostly 90 minutes should be more than enough, so make 90 minutes your default length of the combined resting session for reaching full recovery or becoming well rested. This would be corresponding to setting your normal sleeping time to 8 hours, and adjusting that time according to how long you want to add or subtract from it in case you are supposed to sleep for more or less because you were able to wake up fully rested or fully recovered after sleeping for a duration of time that is not necessarily 8 hours but for some reason you were able to become well rested after more or less than 8 hours of sleep. It is important to note that the do not disturb mode of your smartphone should be turned on all the time during and outside combined resting sessions or exclusive sessions of Thought-Streaming Meditation only, Regeneration only, or Rest only, that is, the do not disturb mode of your smartphone should be turned on or switched on all the time, regardless of what you are doing or not doing at the moment. Also do this at home where you are absolutely alone without anybody else or any living thing existing with you inside your dwelling during the combined resting session. The same rule applies to Thought-Streaming Meditation exclusive sessions, Regeneration exclusive sessions, and Resting exclusive sessions as well. Also, the same rule applies to the Genius Human even outside of doing such sessions mentioned above, that is, the Genius Human is supposed to live alone in their dwelling without their being any other living thing or living being that also lives with the Genius Human in the Genius Human’s dwelling, no matter what.

So the instructions are simple. Sit down. Turn music on. Set the countdown timer or alarm of your smartphone to ring after 90 minutes. And don’t move a muscle until the countdown timer or alarm rings signifying the end of this combined resting session.

It might be a pathway to depression if you attempt doing this without following the above instructions.
