How to increase your energy levels.

A Lot of people ask how to generate or maintain ample energy enough for prolonged work that is necessary to reach their goals. There is something you should Understand about energy. It is not fuel that makes you run longer or that decreases your feeling of tiredness or exhaustion. It is your ability. It is not like fuel that makes a car engine run. It is one of the abilities of the engine itself. How long and how strongly this engine can run before it can no longer maintain the function that is expected to it fully. Energy is something you reach by training yourself. It is not something you gain by some external activities that provide you with an extra energy boost, it is training yourself until you become more able to make your mind work better, harder, and longer. The result of this would be not an ability to sustain working for prolonged periods of time, but the necessity of working enough, or else you would go crazy from not exercising your mind. You don’t wake up with energy today, but you may randomly wake up tomorrow with zero energy. You have the mental capacity for working that kind of work without fatiguing too quickly or not. If you happened to wake up someday not that energetic, then chances are, you didn’t rest enough in order to fully recover again. Even if you slept yesterday while feeling energetic, you may have been extremely exhausted at that moment, but you were running on the momentum of that day, and so when the next day came, you were too tired to initiate yourself to face an entire new day with that amount of fatigue. That is the primary method of increasing your energy levels. Anything else from resting adequately, to coffee or tea, to physical exercise, are stuff that are totally unrelated to your energy levels, but maybe related to recovery and repairing your body. Physical exercise also creates the necessity of a global fixing of your body because of what the physical exercise puts your body through, and that increased demand for bodily repair makes your body convinced that it is supposed to give in to a good night’s sleep, or else it won’t be able to withstand another session of physical exercise like the previous one. I will not delve into the effects of C N S stimulants here, but I generally do not recommend them at all for any reason, and I certainly do not recommend relying on them to increase your energy. Brendon Burchard once said: I don’t have energy, I generate it. Which means energy is not something that comes to him, it is something that he creates himself. Which means he is capable of forcing himself of working regardless of how fatigued he is because the task at hand demands it and is worth pushing himself to accomplish it. Another thing about energy is that you should not focus on how tired you are until you are done with the task at hand. Then You rest as much as you like. Take a break for as long as you want. When you feel ready enough to take down any task ahead, resume work then. Try to take every step isolated. You can always rest and come back if you can’t carry on or continue at the moment. Let every successful step take you to the next. Only failure or having not accomplished anything at all after trying many times or after trying for too long makes you feel unable to continue without stopping for a while to reduce your anger and frustration levels. Learn how to rest along the way as you are working. Make it not devastating to you. Only being stuck for very long doing the same thing will consume the majority of your energy and leave you helpless afterwards. Act quickly and finish fast, and in shorter durations of time as possible, and focus on the task at hand as if it is the only task that you are supposed to deal with today. Again, Keep working until you accomplish something, and then rest and have fun and recover and regenerate and do what you want that is unrelated to work at all for as long as you can or as long as you want. Recover enough and you will be able to work enough. And The more you train on keeping your mind working longer, harder, faster, and better, the more you will be able to work more without becoming too exhausted to work as much as you are supposed to.
