You think you don’t have time, and that’s why you’re failing in life. No, you have time, but you don’t have energy. You are too tired to do anything about it, your situation, circumstances, conditions, or why your life sucks.
You are too tired to try to fix your life, go after your dream life, reach the kind of life that you always truly wanted and desired, or even only do the next right action, because you don’t have the energy, both mental, and physical, to go for it.
The number one most important thing when it comes to success is energy, that is, lack of fatigue, not motivation or enthusiasm.
Fatigue, is what makes you stop prematurely, when you’re making progress, and are motivated. Fatigue, is what makes you stop trying in the first place, because you are too tired to even begin or initiate.
Nothing will ever work, if that’s why you’re struggling. Nothing will ever help, no mindset, no nothing, if your main complaint, issue, struggle, or problem is fatigue, including easy fatigability, getting tired or fatigued prematurely, being tired or fatigued from the start at any given day, before you even begin.
There are two major ways to generate energy, or regenerate your energy.
Rest, or recovery techniques, and Dopamine, or Reward.
Rest cannot help when the issue you’re struggling with is lack of enough Dopamine, Serotonin, or Reward, in your life. Lack of achievement, accomplishment, progress, Creativity and creative output, living up to your full potential, a sense of making a difference, or success, in your life.
No amount of rest will help with that, and you will always feel tired and be tired all the time if this is the case; if you’re lacking or falling behind in terms of any of the above. The issue here is something external to you that is missing in your life, not something missing in your body that is causing you to feel tired or be lacking in energy all the time. Rest cannot help in this case, no matter how long it is or how high quality it is.
Rest, or energy recovery techniques include physical exercise, that is, no amount of physical exercise can help in this case, if your issue is in the achievement department. It will then drain you even harder, and everything you ever do will be draining and depleting to your energy.
You have to achieve the balance between attaining the well-rested state, and then crushing it in terms of achievement immediately afterwards, before you run out of creative inspiration, motivation, desire, or energy. Massive achievement, accomplishment, progress, and creative output has to follow afterwards. You have to make it happen, and you have to succeed in making it happen. Here, failure is not an option. Or else, reward will not be released, attained, or reached. And all you will ever gain from such activity, is fatigue.
Sleep every single day, until fully rested. Until you feel well-rested.
Exercise every single day until fatigued. Walk every single day for at least thirty minutes nonstop, while thinking and meditating. Resistance training also helps. Weight lifting, strength training, and building muscle are all a must as well.
Meditate, thought-streaming meditation, for Ninety minutes nonstop, at least three times a week.
And above all, abolish your phobia of coffee. Drink ample coffee every single day, until you feel alive again.
Yes, vitamin B12, and vitamin D3 help dramatically as well.
But none of the above will ever be enough, unless you create, every single day, as much as humanly possible, until satisfied. Until fulfilled. Until you feel like you’re living up to your full creative potential.
Without enough achievement, accomplishment, progress, creative output, and reward, your body will not even try, and will never put in the work, to generate energy, and regenerate your energy, because it will feel like it was all for nothing.
As long as you are stuck at the bottom of the social or dominance hierarchy, you will always feel drained, and totally lacking in terms of energy, motivation, and even intelligence and creativity.
No amount of mindset, intelligence, hard work, strategy, rest, or success principles will ever work then, because the only thing that can ever work over there, is success.
